What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • If the return is due to a customer error (e.g. wrong item ordered), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us and we will assist you.

If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably before 5:00 PM on the day the order is placed. Once processing begins, changes may no longer be possible.
